Bison Brisket, vacuum-packed, approximately 6# piece.

This comes from a bison farm that has their own USDA slaughter plant. The bison are fed corn, hay, and water - nothing else. No antibiotics, hormones, etc. The plant is very clean, the nicest I've seen! This brisket is USDA inspected and vacuum-packed right at the slaughter plant.

Also available in case quantity (4 packages, for a 24-30# case) for local or delivery customers.
