USDA Whole Beef Tongue, each is about 4.5 lbs. Includes the bone (yes, there is a small wishbone-type thing in the back of a beef tongue).

Normally these are $23.99 each - over $5 per pound. They come from a different source than the other beef tongue; the difference is in the wholesale price we pay. I have decided to liquidate the Whole Beef Tongues that I have in stock due to this price difference, and when these are gone I will no longer carry them. I will of course carry the 1-lb packages of beef tongue (also USDA, but from a local source).

The Whole Beef Tongues will be put on sale for a limited time; any left over after the sale will be sold as 1-lb pieces at the regular price.
