Turkey Wings!
These are from my range-fed, med/chem-free turkey source: a small family farm which has their own USDA processing plant. These wings were USDA inspected/passed, but repackaged in my non-USDA facility.
Wings are packaged individually in butcher paper. In most cases, the tendons have been cut on the flipper (small end section of the wing) for packaging purposes, but flipper has not been separated from the wing.
These wings weigh about 1 lb. each on average.
Price is for ONE individually-packaged wing. Two are shown in the photo so you can see both sides.
